A proud Howard University alum, Alicia is passionate about excellence in the construction industry and dedicated to fostering strong leadership within the field.
Beyond her work in construction, she is committed to giving back to the community. She volunteers in a workforce development program for homeless youth, teaching certification courses that provide professional development opportunities and a path to success.
