Rock Creek Park

We successfully completed the Rock Creek Park Restriping Project, enhancing roadway safety and visibility in one of DC’s most historic parks. The project included pavement marking and striping, curb painting, and the replacement of delineators to improve traffic flow. Our team also installed rumble strips, flushed and raised pavement markers, arrow markings, and stop bars using durable thermoplastic materials. To ensure long-lasting reflectivity, all line striping was painted with glass beads for enhanced nighttime visibility.

Additionally, we implemented temporary traffic control measures to minimize disruptions while maintaining a safe work zone. This project reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and precision in every detail.

Lincoln Memorial

We played a key role in restoring the Reflecting Pool at the Lincoln Memorial, ensuring the historic landmark remains a symbol of national pride. Our team excavated the damaged pipe from the vault to the supply line, carefully exposing the trunk line while providing all necessary shoring and dewatering to maintain a secure worksite.

After precisely locating and replacing the broken section of the line, we conducted thorough leak testing to confirm a durable and long-lasting repair. Once the system was fully restored, we backfilled the excavated area and meticulously restored the turf, leaving the site in pristine condition.

National Park Service Headquarters

We successfully completed a renovation and stormwater BMP improvement project at the National Park Service Headquarters, enhancing both functionality and sustainability. The project included demolition of walls and trailer skirts, as well as the installation of new partition walls, a door assembly with a skylight, and upgraded hardware and framing to improve accessibility.

Our team also furnished and installed carpeting, ensuring a polished and professional finish. For stormwater management and structural reinforcement, we manually excavated and installed metal mesh and hard skirting around three large trailers, complete with secure access doors. Additionally, we installed 3M security film on windows, transferred protective grilles, and carefully relocated furniture in the Green Room to optimize space.
